Price: Keeway SR250 price for its variant - SR250 Standard starts at Rs. 1,49,000. The mentioned SR250 price is the average ex-showroom.

Keeway SR250 is a commuter bike available in only 1 variant and 3 colours. The Keeway SR250 is powered by 223cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 15.78 bhp and a torque of 16 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Keeway SR250 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This SR250 bike weighs 120 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 14.2 liters.

The Keeway SR250 is neo-retro themed motorcycle and gets design elements to add character. It gets a round headlight, a single-pod instrument cluster, a curvy fuel tank with a chrome filler cap, a flat saddle, and wire-spoke wheels. At the back, the motorcycle gets a rear-fender-mounted taillight while there’s also a single-sided exhaust. The brown seat with a ribbed design, fork gaiters, and spoke wheels enhance the retro style of this motorcycle. It uses a 14.2-litre fuel tank and tips the weighing scale at 120kg.

The feature list comprises LED lighting and a fully-digital instrument cluster. Meanwhile, the safety net includes a dual-channel ABS. Further, this motorcycle also gets a hazard light function. The SR250 is powered by a 223cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. Linked to a five-speed gearbox, this motor is tuned to deliver 16bhp of maximum output at 7,500rpm and 16Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm.

The suspension duties on the Keeway SR250 are handled by telescopic front forks and twin springs at the back. Meanwhile, the braking setup comprises a 300mm single disc at the front and a 210mm single rotor at the back. Then, the wire-spoke wheels are shod in tube-type 110/70-section front and 130/70-section rear dual-purpose tyres. The Keeway SR250 is available in three colours – Glossy White, Glossy Red, and Glossy Black. All colour options get identical graphics on the fuel tank and the side panels. Further, a ‘Keeway’ badge sits on the fuel tank while the side panels feature the ‘SR250’ decals.

Keeway SR250 Review

  • Good Things

    • Excellent kerb weight
    • Gets a cool styling
    • Priced quite well
  • Could be Better

    • Poor brand recall
    • Limited sales, service reach
    • Performance could have been better

BikeWale's Take

The SR250 is one of the most affordable bikes from Keeway in India. It is known for its modern retro styling and very good kerb weight of just 120kgs. But the overall engine performance is quite mediocre and the brand has poor recall in India, as of now.

      Keeway SR125 Review: A Retro-Styled Urban Cruiser
The Keeway SR125 is a 125cc motorcycle that blends classic scrambler aesthetics with modern performance, making it a compelling choice for city riding and short trips. Here's a breakdown of its key aspects:
      Pros:
Eye-catching Design: Retro styling with a chunky fuel tank, ribbed seat, and chunky tyres.
Comfortable Ride: Upright riding position, accessible seat height (780mm), and smooth suspension.
Easy Handling: Lightweight (120kg) and agile, making it ideal for navigating traffic.
Decent Performance: 125cc engine delivers adequate power for city commutes, with a claimed mileage of 50 kmpl.
Basic Features: LED lighting, digital instrument cluster, disc brakes at both front and rear.
Affordable Price: Compared to other 125cc retro-styled bikes.
      Cons:
Basic Build Quality: Some reviewers find the fit and finish to be average.
Lacks ABS: The absence of an Anti-lock Braking System might be a concern for some.
Limited Power: Not suitable for highway riding or long journeys.
Chain Noise: Some users report occasional chain noise.
      Overall:
The Keeway SR125 is a stylish and practical commuter motorcycle that's perfect for urban environments. Its comfortable ergonomics, easy handling, and decent fuel efficiency make it a good choice for daily commutes. While it lacks some advanced features and has a basic build quality, its attractive price tag makes it a compelling proposition in the 125cc segment.
      Additional factors to consider:
Availability of service centres in your area, Riding experience and preferences, and Budget and comparison with other 125cc bikes.
Remember: This review is based on a compilation of user opinions and expert reviews. It's recommended to test ride the bike yourself to get a firsthand feel before making a decision.

1st point, the person HK working in the showroom located at Titanium Square, Thaltej, SG Highway is the dirtiest person. He doesn't care or even greet the customers properly. He takes the booking amount and if you cancel the booking, he will take a written letter from you asking for refund but will never refund you the amount.
2nd is a question for HK himself. On what basis you told us to blindly purchase this motorcycle? Why this brand motorcycles are not seen on roads? Why especially both neither SR125 nor SR250 is not seen on roads?
It looks like a cheap quality Continental GT.
3rd I fully agree it's a worst bike experience in the 1st ride itself. you say it's pros but it becomes cons: 1. It's a 120-kg bike you think it's a pro but it's actually a con, when you are on the highway and if any heavy vehicle is speeding will blow you and the bike off. 2. Very poor service network. 3. No spares and accessories available with the brand name KEEWAY. 4. You will have to break your break your head to find other brand accessories. 5. This bike is copied from the Royal Enfield Continental GT. Looks like a mini GT. 6. Purely manufactured in China and assembled in India-made bike. It's China-made In comparison best bike I would recommend is TVS Ronin with more better features or Honda CB350 H'ness, CB350 RS and also entry level bike in Royal Enfield Hunter 350 purely Indian brand, more reliable and the best service network.

No spares available, Service is worst. For spares, you need to depend on other brands.
Needful accessories are not provided, you need to purchase them as an addition. If you tour and if it breaks down, you won’t find a service station nearby as compared to other brands, you won’t able to tow the bike to the service station as that service is unavailable and if available then it will cost you a huge amount. People need to depend on other bike brands for spares. The best option in this segment is Hunter by Royal Enfield. mini GT copied from Royal Enfield

As no proper service and spares available by the brand, if you tour a long trip and if the bike breaks down, you will need to tow the vehicle to the nearest service center which cannot be near you of course. In remote touring, you will need to tow it in a bullock cart. People need to depend on other bike brands for spares. The best option in this segment is Hunter by Royal Enfield. My riding experience is just great till now, one of the best and unique bikes. The braking, and suspension all feel so smooth and reliable. It is always a joy to sit on it and as soon as you ignite and rev you feel the vibes and that is too euphoric for me. Overall the bike is awesome and I recommend just taking a test ride if you are planning to buy a two-wheeler.

An absolutely wonderful motorcycle. Provides a great balance between comfort and performance. It has a remarkable power-to-weight ratio in the segment as it weighs only 125kgs(dry) making it very easy to handle and also boosting its performance. The riding experience is delightful it runs so smoothly. Looks beautiful and has a distinctively stylish road presence. Provides the best value for money in its segment. Sounds amazing. Rides amazing. Overall very happy with the purchase, and having a great experience. I'm very proud to be the owner of keeway's sr 250.

      Keeway sr250 bike review
The keeway sr250 is a good value-for-money motorcycle that offers a good balance of features and performance. The bike has a simple yet stylish design and is powered by a 250cc engine that delivers sufficient power for city riding. The handling and suspension provide a smooth ride and the brakes offer good stopping power. The build quality is decent for the price point and the overall package is attractive for those looking for an affordable motorcycle. However, it lacks some features compared to more expensive models such as a lack of advanced technology or aftermarket options. Overall, the keeway sr250 is a good option for budget-conscious riders looking for a reliable and fun motorcycle.

It's the worst brand in China. Worst experience. Worst Experience from a showroom in TITANIUM SQUARE Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Hwy, Patel Society, Jai Ambe Nagar, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054. The brand has copied the design from the Royal Enfield Continental GT

Worst bike in it's segment, poor brand recall - Origin from China

      1. No proper guidance in the showroom located in the Titanium Square showroom in Ahmedabad.
      2. It's 120 kgs only, if a heavy dumper or a trailer passes beside you, you will blown off with the bike due to the lightweight.
      3. They don't even provide a leg guard with the bike.
      4. Need to depend on after-market accessories like the backrest of Royal Enfield Hunter 350.
      5. Major things are made out of plastic, a pure pure plastic bike.
      6. Searching for a brand's service centre will be a task. Ultimately you cannot plan long trips with this bike due to less service centres of this brand.
      7. China-origin bike.
      8. Looks like the bike is copied from 30% Royal Enfield Continental GT 650, 30% Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, 30% Royal Enfield Hunter 350, 10% Local accessories found online and from local market.
      9. Better options available like TVS Ronin 225 and Hunter 350, pure Indian brands and a Made-in-India product.
