I love this bike because this bike is an adventure bike that will be used for climbing, long trips etc. ktm is the best brand in the market. After all, it gives happiness to buyers. Especially this bike gives mileage of up to 32 kmpl . Ktm bike is best for youth riders because everyone from children to young all will know about these so I will suggest this bike.

The buying experience was good as the process went very smoothly and I got instant support from the service center. Overall riding experience is good but can't sit for much longer time after 500kms need to make some modifications to make the seat smooth. Overall the performance is good but lacks the low-end torque, The mileage is good for the bike I get around 28 kmpl of mileage and the looks are good but need to get color options more than two. No TFT display and it's a bummer, Traction control and a Quick shifter are the main in the ADVs. The major missing are these 3 things in this bike. Price is on the higher end as you get the same kind of bike like Bajaj Dominar and other 400cc bikes under 3 lakhs. Servicing is good but at most of the service centers I visited the service center guys were not too experienced. Servicing is not an issue as KTM is under Bajaj it's a trusted and reliable company. Pros are getting a plain ADV in 3.50 lakh and the con is missing major things that we want into an ADV as the price is a little higher side.

A perfect bike for daily commutes, touring, and for rough terrain adventure. Have clocked 6500 km on my bike and have done some interstate tours too. The bike is very agile and very comfortable. I did not face any fatigue while doing long tours. KTM has one of the best service networks in India and spare parts sourcing is also very easy. The bike looks very appalling and is definitely a head-turner and stands out among the other bikes.

Took my friend's bike for a ride to Ooty. The machine is the best for long-distance traveling but as I'm 6 ft foot tall, would recommend a handlebar riser for a more comfortable ride. Great machine to ride and can easily maintain 100 to 120 on the highways. Good clearance. A better windshield could be given. Short gears would be trouble in city commute.

  • More value for money then the adventure 390.

390 Adventure X is more value for money than the 390 adventure, the main reason is the price difference. 390 adventure has fewer electronics then the Adventure 390 so it's more reliable. The visual appeal is the same also as adventure 390.

Don't underestimate the power of this bike.
No stress while riding, more confidence at corners. Easy to maneuver. You just have to understand the nature of Adventure 390. Pocket-friendly service charges. Still, I am not getting Bluetooth connectivity.

I just bought this KTM Adventure 390 x 2 weeks ago and its nearing 1st service of the bike, regarding the bike it's very powerful, has low noise, easy to ride, and the gears are very soft compared to honda highness while shifting down, since it's in running in the period I have not tried the bike over 4000 rpm, definitely it would perform superbly after crossing 4000 rpm. The only negative I found in the design is that while shifting down to lower gears and moving from there, the display monitor and windshield shook which I found awkward, it's a fault in design, and KTM should look into it and make a solution for it.

I feel a little bit of vibration at the initial gears and I have seen that the console is also shaking a little bit

Have been riding for a year. Let me write down the pros and cons.
    Pros
    1. Good for bikers who go long rides.
    2. Ride by Wireworks is amazingly awesome.
    3. Has got a good road presence.
    4. Most quickest bike in this segment.
    Cons
    1. Stalling issue i.e. stalls a lot in traffic.
    2. Seating is uncomfortable for long rides.
    3. Rear breaks could have been better.

Oil change interval can be 5000kms as it is synthetic oil, keep the chain lubricated, i would suggest to keep an interval of 500-750 kms.
