The buying experience was bad... The delivery time has taken it's too much... The riding experience is good. But there is some drawback to this bike... Hard rear suspension, and bad quality of meter.Looks is a raw naked adventure. I like it. A lot of power in this bike... Not for beginnerService is good.. Low price.

When I went to buy the motercycle the showroom experience was not so good because at that time it was completely new showroom so they were still figuring out the operations so but when I purchased the motercycle I was amazed by the power packed engine and the comfort of this motercycle i went on road trip many times with my adv 390 and it cruises very smoothly between speeds 100-120 also When you accelerate it through the speeds above 80 there is a grunting sound in the bike which makes you realise that you are riding a powerful beast and gives you adrenaline then front part of the bike vibrates sometimes at low rpms but that's completely managed when you ride it for few hours also only problem I have encountered in my 4 years of riding adv 390 that it looses ignition at low rpms frequently that's all otherwise much better engine parts body parts and reliability of this motercycle no comparison with any other brand royal Enfield don't come near it in any way ktms service, parts availablity, power to weight ratio, engineering is top notch quality no comparison except triumph.

Best bike around 4 lakhs budget.
Sushant Gharge
The bike is one of the best bikes around 4 lakhs budget. The road presence is very good compared to other bikes around this budget. You will get the attention of the crowd. The bike needs to be driven respectfully like taking care of proper gear selection according to respective rpm, otherwise, the bike will stall. Maintenance cost is moderate considering it is a 400cc bike. But spare parts cost is cheaper than BMW, and Kawasaki, and availability is also good.Pros-1. Performance2. Fuel economy3. Riding posture4. Electronic packageCons-1. Ride comfort- the seat is very hard2. Stalling issues if not driven in a particular gear3. Absence of suspension adjustability4. Missing hazard lights function even though the bike has the best electronic features compared to an 8-9 lakh bikeOverall if looking for a first adv/all-rounder bike with a low budget and new to the bike world, this is the best bike to consider.

Sharp looks, great performance, and satisfactory comfort. Does what is meant to, be decent mileage Along with that, has a nice service network, and doesn't break a sweat it is longer highway rides or tough off-road expeditions. Feels confident while off-roading. Lacks a bit of manoeuvrability as you would expect.

I've ridden the KTM Adventure 390 for three years and have been largely impressed. The bike offers a solid performance, particularly excelling at moderate speeds, making it perfect for both city commutes and light off-road adventures. The handling is nimble, and the ride quality is generally smooth. However, I did encounter some minor issues with the quick shifter, which can be a bit finicky at times. Despite this, the bike's overall reliability and versatility make it a great choice for adventure enthusiasts.

Brought SW version for long-distance touring. Will rate the buying experience as average from the KTM dealership since they just only want to get the bike sold to the customer at any cost to achieve their sales target. Coming to the bike, need to keep the engine above 2000 rpm to avoid the bike getting stalled which has happened multiple times for me, post 4000 rpm it is very smooth for a single cylinder. Suspension and tire gave me good confidence to trash bike on bad roads and it did a really good job. Quickshifter is useless and I completely avoid using it. The bike gets Bluetooth connectivity but the KTM app for turn-by-turn navigation is not available on PlayStore so that's also of no use, you can only connect your phone for caller identification. Seat height might make most of us opt for a lower seat variant, I'm 5.11 and it works well for me but while riding standing up, felt the need for handlebar risers as stock height is very low for standing-up riding, and there no way you can grip fuel tank with legs which takes confidence. Braking performance is good and has a good feel and feedback along with the Metzeler tire, even on wet surfaces it offered good grip and confidence. The only concern is fear of puncture due to the spoked wheel with tube, would have been great if they had offered a tubeless spoked wheel. Kept the bike in stock condition and didn't add extra weight by putting in aftermarket crash guards. Did install Barkbuster handguards as I did not like the stock flimsy handguards and also replaced stock mirrors with Double Take mirrors.

Well it has been an amazing experience to own this fabulous machine from KTM and I have used it for different scenarios like offroading which is more or less good and highway touring is the best as you can cruise 110-120 effortlessly on this bike. I was able to achieve a maximum mileage of 31 in the city if you try to keep it under 6000 RPM which this bike teases you not to and on highways I was able to get a maximum mileage of 36 to 37. I am happy with my bike it has got everything I need which is touring, some offroading, and also for my daily commute as well and it has been spot on to the date.

It's an overall good bike. The seat comfort for long trips is not so good. I can say it's a good tour but less adventure. The TFT screen is excellent. This is not a bike for short-height or lightweight riders. It's more than what meets the eye. I will recommend the Adventure 390 Y for the short-height riders it has the same features as the Adventure 390.

I think Ktm ADV 390 is a little more expensive but once you buy this bike you will be happy.Once I start the riding seat so comfortable and I enjoy the ride.Suspension is so good in this bike we have 3 types of riding modes. I think bike servicing and maintenance cost is very high. The bike mileage is very low it gives 28 km this is the only disadvantage of this bike.
