I bought the bike from BHUBANESWAR. It was decent enough but they delayed the delivery. The pros are instant power. Mileage is decent service cost starts after 50k kilometres. Every service costs 6500. The bike is a biker's choice. It's not for regular commuters. Buy this bike if you want committed riding.

Orange Beast

The side and the front look of the bike look like a beast and the orange shade highlight adds more charm to my KTM 200 Duke. It has been 1 month since I bought my bike. The starting price range was 1.92 lakh which is in the affordable price range. Although, 2022 models have come with no change apart from the color but the orange backlit LCD screen and switchable ABS are some of the best features. I did one long ride with a friend and for me the experience was good but the seat cushioning will always be a problem for the pillion.

My own experience of riding ktm duke 200 for more then 500 days
1 year ago
Abhishek Upadhyay
First of all, it was the bike I wanted for 4 years, finally bought it in February 2021, and my riding experience with duke 250 is incomparable, I did 2 long rides so far in different terrains but this bike never gave me any stress.. It's an eye-catching machine for sure.. Maintenance cost is not so high, it'll cost you around 3k per servicing if nothing goes majorly wrong with the machine.. Pros - brakes are the major pros I noticed, whether you're on hill roads or slippery roads brakes never fail to do their job. I'll give 10 on 10 to the brakes.. Cons - mileage could be better, and tuning should be adjustable.. Lastly handle this machine responsibly, with great power comes great responsibility.. Happy riding

"Unleashing the Beast: A Thrilling Ride with the KTM Duke 200"
Anand Ram J
KTM Duke 200 Buying ExperiencePurchasing the KTM Duke 200 was smooth and enjoyable. The dealership staff was knowledgeable, providing detailed information and offering a test ride. The paperwork process was straightforward, and the delivery day was memorable with a thorough briefing on the bike’s features and maintenance tips. Riding ExperienceCity Commutes: The Duke 200 excels in city traffic due to its nimble handling and responsive engine. Its low-end torque and upright riding position make manoeuvring through congested streets easy.Highway Rides: On highways, the Duke 200 is stable at high speeds, offering consistent power and smooth rides. However, the lack of a windscreen results in noticeable wind blasts at higher speeds.Handling and Braking: The lightweight frame and precise steering make for confident cornering. The braking system, equipped with ABS, provides excellent stopping power and safety.Looks and PerformanceDesign: The Duke 200 features aggressive styling with sharp lines, an exposed trellis frame, and sporty graphics. The LED headlamp enhances its modern look.Engine: Its 199.5cc engine delivers 25 HP and 19.3 Nm of torque, making it one of the most powerful in its class. It offers quick acceleration and a top speed of around 135 km/h.Fuel Efficiency: The bike achieves around 35-40 km/l, with a 13.5-litre fuel tank providing a decent range.Features: The digital instrument cluster, slipper clutch, and ABS add to the bike's appeal.MaintenanceRegular servicing every 5,000 km keeps the Duke 200 in top condition. Although maintenance costs and spare parts are slightly higher, the bike’s performance and build quality justify them.Pros and ConsPros: Excellent performance, standout design, advanced features, agile handling, and robust build quality.Cons: Lack of wind protection, higher maintenance costs, less comfortable pillion seats, and limited fuel tank capacity.Overall, the KTM Duke 200 offers a thrilling and reliable riding experience, making it a top choice in the 200cc segment.

My father gifted me the beast bike on my last birthday. I rode it for almost 3500 k.M. The experience is very good, power can be easily felt, reliable, and mileage is good after being a sports bike. But the cushioning of the seat could be better like 250 or 390. But according to me, it's the most value-for-money bike from ktm.
