First of all, they sold me a problematic scooter within 1 month software issue and break pad issue more belt noise, after 5km of service also more and more not yet resolved till now again 7km put up in the service centre can't able to sort out the issue and they charge 1220, simply a waste of money I feel.

Worst Decision for Buying Ather 450x

1. Buying experience ( We were Happy customers)2. Riding experience ( Outstanding performance)3. Decent looks and good performance 4. Worst and unprofessional service providers 5. Do not buy the vehicle for their looks, After sales the service is worse compared to any company. Doesn't recommended to buy we have been cheated.

Don't waste your hard earned money on this product

In the first 400 KM only there was a noise from the rear wheel. Conveyed the same to ather representative and gave a temporary solution. Again around 700 noise was regenerating from the rear wheel.. No permanent solution.. Also, staff at ather showroom ( Shankar Shet) Road and Hadapsar service centre are worst..Do not waste your 2 lakh on this product and their services.
