Joy e-bike Gen Nxt is an electric scooter that rivals the likes of Odysse Racer and Hero Electric Atria in the Indian market.
This scooter competes in the low-speed segment and thus boasts a top speed of 25kmph. The 1.38kWh lithium-ion battery pack is claimed to deliver a range of 60km and fully charge in three and a half hours. The charging time is reduced to two and a half hours through a fast charger. The feature list is basic and this electric scooter gets a semi-digital instrument cluster, USB charger, and an anti-theft system.
The hardware on the Joy e-Bike Gen Nxt includes telescopic front forks and twin rear springs to handle the suspension tasks. The anchoring power comes from a disc brake at the front and a drum unit at the rear. The styling cues comprise an apron-mounted headlight, handlebar-mounted front turn indicators, body-coloured front fender, flat seat, and a pillion backrest.
The scooter carries a light kerb weight of 67kg which should make it easier to move around in tight parking spaces. Other key dimensions include 1,800mm length, 460mm width, and 1,100mm overall height. This electric scooter is available in a single variant and comes in three colours – Black, White, and Red.

I bought it on FEB 2023After 1 year my joy scooter's Battery could not be charged, so I went to the joy showroom they took my battery and said that the Replacement time of the battery is 2 To 3 Months. So now I become a vehicle less... It was my primary vehicle, so the battery replacement process is very poor and horrible to survive in customer care they never give me actual time for battery replacement ... If you want to buy ev scooter you have to buy an extra battery for future safety.

Very very poor quality poor experience This e-Its field quality is very poor. The bike has problems four to five times every month and has to be taken to the showroom. Its build quality is very poor. I am very upset Buying this e-bike is a waste of money. The tire of the scooter was also damaged, which I had to change from tubeless to tube. Those who started said that there is no warranty on the tyre. It will cost a tire of two and a half thousand rupees. That's why tubeless tires had to be made with tube tyres. These people have not been able to fix the brake problem till date. When you see, the brakes keep getting damaged. I am very fed up with this two-wheeler.

Joy e-bike Gen Nxt review.
Unknown
Buying an electric bike from Joy E Bike was a great decision as their service is very good and the staff are also very polite. The bike has had almost 10 moths since I bought it and has had no problems so I recommend it to buy.The looks of the bike is very good and it's performance is also fabulous. The service and the maintenance is not much of it as it is an electric bike. The bike is not recommended for long travel but good for local traveling.

Joy e-bike Gen Nxt Review
Ashok Puri
The Joy e-bike Gen Nxt was purchased on 27th April 2023. On 14 th May 2023 within 18 days of purchase, the brake sensor failed and the bike would not move forward. The dealer Sunil Chaskar of Chaskar Enterprise from whom the vehicle was purchased did not respond to calls and WhatsApp messages for 14 hours from the time of intimation and sent the mechanic after 3 hours of intimation to change the sensor putting us at an extreme inconvenience. He further said that service will be provided only during working hours and only at his service center and not at the site.Strongly recommend that the vehicle is very fragile and not reliable and trustworthy. Please do not buy this vehicle. It's a waste of money.

Tips for other riders
The vehicle is top heavy so difficulties in balance. Parts are of very poor quality. After sales service is worst experience. The hub motor is only water resistant in IP54 enclosure motor which cannot work on rainy roads.
