Just at the beginning of this week we got you the spy picture of the Repsol edition of the 2015 Honda CBR 150R, which is expected to make its way into the international market soon. Now, thanks to TMC blog, there is another picture of the motorcycle that reveals the front fascia completely.
We knew that the 2015 CBR 150R will get split dual headlamps, but looking at the spy picture, we didn’t think it will look so good on this motorcycle. The frontal design that is inspired from the CBR300R goes quite well and looks well balanced. There is a slight aggressiveness there but at the same time, the sober nature of the motorcycle is also reflected. Like we reported previously, the turn indicators are now very close to the headlamp and the windscreen is taller than the current model.
We are expecting the 2015 version to first roll out in Indonesia, followed with a global roll out. The sales of the current 150R in India has not been upto the mark, which basically means, the updated CBR150R is sure to make its way to India. But the Indian arm needs to take a decision on when to get it to India – We say as early as possible.
