We all know Kawasaki is one of the most aggressive premium bike makers in India . This result is due to some important launches that happened over last 12 months. Its global arm also doesn’t intend to slow down. After shocking the world with the H2R and the H2, the Japanese manufacturer has showcased the 2015 version of its touring motorcycle, the Versys 1000.
This new bike has retained most of the old design but has redone it ins a much better way. The bike gets some aggressive lines at the front fascia and continues all the way to the side. The Japanese manufacturer has concentrated a lot on improving air management and weather protection. Just like the Ninja 1000, the Versys 1000 gets an adjustable windshield and requires no tool.
Kawasaki has loaded this tourer with some nice and useful technology like the three-way KTRC traction control system, two power modes (high and low), eco riding indicator, antilock braking system (ABS).The 2015 Kawasaki Versys is powered by 1043cc inline-four engine. In full mode, this bike can churn out 120bhp at 9,000rpm.
We can expect the 2015 Versys to make its way to India soon as Kawasaki is interested in having a tourer motorcycle in their Indian portfolio after the success of the Triumph Tiger 800XC.
