2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000 spied

The 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000 has been spotted at a photoshoot in Romania. The single spy picture previews the rear three quarters of the motorcycle in its full glory.

The new Versys 1000 gets a comprehensive set of cosmetic upgrades, complete with a streamlined fairing and new body work. The new bodywork and styling is expected to inspire the next Versys 650 to maintain a kinship between the two siblings. 

The new Versys 1000 will also get a slew of technical updates, in line with those on the new Kawasaki Z1000 and Z1000SX. Not just the engine, but the Versys 1000 will also get the latest equipment that the Japanese manufacturer currently has to offer. While the rest of the Kawasaki line-up has already been updated with their 2015 models on its official website, the new Versys 1000 is expected to break cover at the 2014 INTERMOT Cologne Show, later this month.
