The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 has been showcased in Turkey in a new paint scheme. The motorcycle was showcased at a dealers’ meet which also witnessed the unveiling of the new Pulsar NS160 and the Pulsar NS200.
The Pulsar RS200’s new black/silver dual tone paint scheme highlights the bike’s edges and creases. Half of the fairing, front fender and the tail section are painted in silver, while the rest of the motorcycle has been blacked out. This new livery gives the Pulsar RS200 a relatively sober look as compared to the bright yellow and red paint schemes. The wheels also get white rim tapes.
The Pulsar RS200 is powered by a 199cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, delivering 24bhp and 18.6Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed transmission. Single-channel ABS is offered as an optional extra. The new Pulsar RS200 will be available with auto headlamp on feature.
Bajaj recently launched the smaller Pulsar range with BS IV-compliant engines, and we can expect the same for the Pulsar RS200. Bajaj might also take this opportunity to introduce new paint schemes for the the Pulsar RS200, which means that the black/silver paint scheme can be launched here over the next few months.
