Hero MotoCorp has launched the 2017 version of the Passion Pro. The drum brake with spoke wheel version of the bike has been priced at Rs 50,955 (ex-showroom Delhi), which is marginally more than the outgoing model.
There are two more versions – drum brake with alloy wheel and disc brake with alloy wheel, which have been priced at Rs 51,095 and Rs 53,805 (ex-showroom Delhi) respectively. The major changes on the Passion Pro i3s is in the engine and the inclusion of the i3s (start-stop system).
The 97cc single-cylinder motor is now BS-IV compliant, making it the second Hero bike after the Achiever to adhere to this norm. There has been no change in the power figures and the bike continues to be generate 8.24bhp at 8000rpm and peak torque of 8.05Nm at 5000rpm. This motor is mated to a four-speed gearbox.
The 2017 Passion Pro is also equipped with the auto headlamp on (AHO). The bookings for the bike has already begun at all the Hero dealerships and also on their official website. The Passion Pro has been selling well for the Gurgaon-based manufacturer. With these new additions and changes, this motorcycle is bound to get more sales.
