Honda has launched the 2017 Livo priced at Rs 54,331 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The commuter motorcycle is now available with a BS IV-compliant engine and auto headlamp on (AHO) feature.
Cosmetic updates for the Livo include new optional decals for the bikini fairing, fuel tank, tank shrouds, fender and the rear panels. Powering the Livo is the same 110cc single-cylinder engine delivering 8.2bhp and 8.63Nm of torque through a four-speed transmission, though it has been updated to meet BS IV norms. The Livo also gets AHO to meet government regulations.
The Livo is a premium 110cc commuter motorcycle, positioned between the Dream Yuga and the CB Shine. With this update, the 2017 Honda Livo is now priced Rs 600 more than the outgoing model. It is also available in a front disc brake version priced at Rs 56,834 (ex-showroom, Delhi). When it comes to sales, the Livo competes against the Hero Passion X Pro, TVS Star City Plus and the Mahindra Centuro for one-upmanship.
