The 2017 Yamaha Fascino has been launched in India at Rs 56,500 (ex-showroom, Mumbai). Apart from a BS IV-compliant engine and auto headlamp on (AHO), the scooter has also been updated with new paint schemes.
The Fascino is now available in four new dual-tone paint schemes and decals to complement its retro styling. The front apron gets a black panel, while the wheels, front forks and grab rails are also painted in black. The Fascino also gets AHO to meet government regulations.
Powering the Yamaha Fascino is a 113cc single-cylinder engine which has been updated to meet BS IV emission norms. The engine delivers 7bhp and 8Nm of torque through a CVT transmission.
The Fascino is offered in six paint schemes – blue/black, red/black, white/black, cyan/black, white and cyan. It competes with the Honda Activa 4G, Hero Maestro Edge and the TVS Jupiter.
