- Gets two new colour schemes.
- No mechanical changes.
- Unlikely to arrive in India anytime soon.
Honda has introduced two new colour schemes for the 2018 CBR250RR in Indonesia.
The bike will be available in a red and black combination along with an all-black colour with red highlights. Apart from the new colour scheme, the bike remains the same. It sports an aggressive design language with sharp lines and creases all around. The bike gets a uniquely styled all-LED split headlamp setup.
The CBR250RR is powered by a 249cc parallel-twin engine that puts out 38.2bhp and 23.3Nm of torque. The bike is equipped with a dual channel ABS and three riding modes- Comfort, Sport and Sport plus. Suspension duties are taken care of by inverted forks upfront and a pre-load adjustable monoshock for the rear.
While the Honda CBR250RR is available in most South East Asian countries, it is unlikely to arrive in India anytime soon as Honda would be unable to price it competitively.Nevertheless, it offers a quarter-litre, single-cylinder sport-touring motorcycle, the CBR250R which retails at Rs 1.64 lakhs (ex-showroom).
