Indian Motorcycles has unveiled its full 2018 range of motorcycles in the international market. The manufacturer will launch two new models, namely- the Roadmaster Elite and Springfield Dark Horse. Apart from these two models, Indian has also updated the rest of the lineup with minor upgrades.
The Springfield Dark Horse, like Indian’s usual ‘Dark Horse’ theme, is all-black. It features an open front fender on a 19-inch ten-spoke front wheel. The bike also has a removable windshield. The Roadmaster Elite is a limited-edition motorcycle with only 300 bikes available. The blue-black colour bike sports a 300W stereo and a 23K gold leaf on the fuel tank logo.
The standard Chieftain and Chieftain Dark Horse get a 19-inch front wheel and open front fender along with an infotainment system as standard. The standard Chieftain also gets a valanced front fender and is now named the Chieftain Classic. The 2018 Scout now gets a pillion seat as standard and cartridge forks. Indian had also revealed the Scout Bobber earlier this month. The bike features blacked out engine parts and a Bobber stance. Although these bikes have been revealed, they will only be available next year in the global market. We can reasonably expect them in the Indian market within a few months of their global launch.
