-Gets Ohlin’s semi-active suspension
-Slightly different colour scheme
-To be launched in India in the near future
Aprilia has updated its flagship naked motorcycle, the Tuono V4 1100 Factory for 2019.
The biggest upgrade it gets is the Ohlins Smart EC 2.0 electronic semi-active suspension. The setup offers two modes; semi-active as well as manual. The semi-active mode adjusts settings electronically with response from the front and rear suspension along with the throttle and braking inputs. On the other hand, the manual mode offers the rider with three pre-sets; Road, Sport and Track. The semi-active and manual mode on the Tuono V4 1100 Factory can be easily switched via a switchgear button.
The 2019 Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 Factory also gets a similar silver black and red paintjob as the previous model although with interchanged colour combinations. The rest of the Tuono remains the same. It is equipped with cornering ABS, anti-lift, launch and wheelie control along with a cruise control system and pit lane speed limiter. Powering the 2019 Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 Factory is a 1077cc, V4 engine that generates 175bhp of power and 121Nm of torque and comes mated to a six-speed gearbox with a bi-directional quickshifter.
We expect Aprilia to launch the 2019 Tuono V4 1100 factory in India sometime soon and most probably after the 2019 RSV4 is introduced here.
