- 2019 Pulsar 150 spotted on test
- Gets single-channel ABS system
- Launch early next year
Bajaj Motorcycles is in the process of readying updated versions of most of its bikes. The Pulsar 150, their highest selling premium commuter is one of them.
A few weeks ago, the test Pulsar 150 was spied with a new single-channel ABS unit and enhanced cosmetics. The test mule that was spotted recently also carried the same ABS addition and new engine cowl. It’s little difficult to identify if there are any more cosmetic enhancements as the bike was wearing camouflage.
The 2019 Pulsar 150 is likely to be powered by the same 149cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 13.8bhp and 13.4Nm of torque. This motor is mated to a five-speed gearbox.
We are expecting the Pune-based manufacturer to launch this updated version sometime early next year. Bajaj is known to introduce bikes much before any two-wheeler policy kicks in. We are expecting the same to happen during the mandatory ABS norm.
