Bajaj is all set to launch the new 2019 Pulsar 180F which carries design similar to the half-faired Pulsar 220F. Although it is not officially launched yet, the motorcycle waswas sigh at a dealership in a silver colour with orange accents. Bookings for the motorcycle have commenced at a few dealerships at a token amount of Rs 2,000 and it is expected to be priced at Rs 85,011 (ex-showroom).
The spotted 2019 Bajaj Pulsar 180F carried the company’s latest Neon styling with orange-coloured grab rail and ‘Pulsar’ and ‘180’ badging along with orange accents around the headlamp section, front fairing, side cowl and on the wheel rims. Apart from the cosmetic changes, the motorcycle is likely to remain the same as the current Pulsar 180.
The Bajaj Pulsar 180 is powered by a 178ccc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that churns out 17bhp of power and 14Nm of peak torque. It comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks on the front and five-way adjustable Nitrox twin shock absorbers at the rear. While braking is handled by disc brakes on both the ends, the motorcycle has recently received ABS as is the mandatory rule for 150cc and above bikes from 1 April, according to the government’s new safety norm.
Currently, the Bajaj Pulsar 180 ABS comes for Rs 92,563 (ex-showroom) and it competes against bikes such as the TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS.
