Honda recently unveiled the CB150R Streetster in Thailand at the Bangkok Motor Show. The neo-retro styled motorcycle borrows its design from the CB300R which is available in India. We bring to you a detailed image gallery of the CB150R Streetster.
The CB150R Streetster is based on the standard CB150R although with a few cosmetic upgrades to make it look sportier.
The bike is offered in three colours- white, red and black. It features a stripe running vertically along the tank and the number '150' on the rear-section.
While the tank shrouds on the CB150R Streetster are now finished in black, the brake calipers and rear monoshock are painted in red to give it a sporty appeal.
The CB150R Streetster derives its retro-looking, full-LED headlamp from the CB300R's parts bin. The turn signals and tail lamp too are LED units.
Powering the CB150R Streetster is a 149cc, DOHC, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. The engine is expected to generate around 19bhp and come mated to a six-speed gearbox.
The CB150R Streetster gets all modern equipment like inverted forks, dual-channel ABS and an LCD-instrument screen that displays gear position and clock along with other vital information.
Honda is expected to launch the CB150R Streetster in the ner future. If it arrives, it is likely to be priced around Rs 1.2 lakhs to Rs 1.3 lakhs and compete with the Yamaha MT-15 and KTM 125 Duke.
