- Gets new paint scheme
- Different foot pegs and revised suspension setup.
- No other mechanical or cosmetic changes
Honda has revealed the 2019 version of the CB300R in Japan.
The 2019 CB300R gets a matte blue paint on the tank along with alloy wheels finished in a burnt copper colour. It also seems to get a different set of foot pegs; smaller steel ones in place of the rubber mounted units from the current model. Furthermore, the CB300R’s rear monoshock is expected to be revised for 2019.
And apart from these changes, the CB300R remains the same as its preceding model. It continues to be powered by a 286cc, single-cylinder motor that produces 30bhp and 27.4Nm of torque and is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India (HMSI) recently launched the CB300R in the country and put a price tag of Rs 2.41 lakhs (ex-showroom) on it. And since it hasn’t been too long since it was introduced here, the 2019 CB300R is unlikely to arrive on Indian shores anytime soon.
