Let’s commence with one of Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade’s rivals, the Kawasaki ZX-10RR that retails at Rs 16.98 lakhs. The ZX-10RR is a top-spec version and is loaded with race-spec technical goodies. It is powered by a 998cc, inline-for engine that produces 197.2bhp and 113.5Nm of torque.
The Italians also have a slice of this pizza with the MV Agusta F3 800. Considered one of the most beautiful bikes today, the F3 800 retails at Rs 16.31 lakhs. Powering the motorcycle is a 798cc, inline-three motor that produces 145.9bhp and 88Nm of torque.
If you want a svelte streetfighter, you have the BMW S 1000 R with a price tag of Rs 16.30 lakhs. Based on the supersport S 1000 RR, it uses a 999cc, inline-four engine that puts out 158bhp and 112Nm of torque. In and around the BMW showroom you will also find the BMW R Nine T Racer. Sporting a café racer design language, the bike will set you back by Rs 16.5 lakhs.
The R Nine T Racer is powered by a 1170cc, boxer-twin motor that is capable of producing 107bhp and 116Nm of torque. In a similar modern-retro flavour is the Moto Guzzi Grisso 1200 8V SE. The Grisso shows-off its uniquely designed trellis frame with a 1151cc, V-twin engine that produces 110bhp of power and 108 Nm of torque. It costs Rs 16.04 lakhs.
And finally, there are two power cruisers that feature in our list; the Ducati Diavel and XDiavel. The Diavel is powered by a 1198cc, L-twin engine that produces 159bhp and 130Nm of torque. It costs Rs 16.10 lakhs. The XDiavel however, offers a comparatively more laid-back riding position and sports sharper styling.
