Suzuki recently launched the 2019 Intruder at Rs 1.08 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). It gets a new paint scheme and revised ergonomics. However, if you are looking for options around that price, there are six options to consider. Here's the list-
Apart from the Intruder, Suzuki also offers the Gixxer SF Fi with a price tag of Rs 1.01 lakhs. The fully-faired motorcycle is based on the naked Gixxer and is powered by a 155cc single-cylinder motor. This fuel-injected engine produces 14.6bhp and 14Nm of torque. In a similar fully-faired avatar is the Yamaha YZF-R15 S. It gets an aggressive design language and a single-piece seat unlike the R15 V3. The YZF-R15 S is powered by a 150cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that generates 16bhp and 15Nm of torque.
If you are looking for a sporty motorcycle but want one without the fairing, you can have the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 at Rs 1.12 lakhs. The bike uses a 199cc, single-cylinder, carburetted motor that puts out 23.2bhp and 18.3Nm of torque. On the other hand, there is the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 which is priced at Rs 1.21 lakhs for the kickstart version and Rs 1.35 lakhs for the electric start variant.
The list also includes two scooters from Vespa- the SXL150 at Rs 1.05 lakhs and the Elegante 150 at Rs 1.12 lakhs. Both scooters have a retro appeal and follow the design language of the Vespas from the '70s. They are powered by a 150cc motor that produces 11.4bhp and 11.5Nm of torque.
