Piaggio India has commenced the pre-bookings for the disc brake variant of the Aprilia Storm BS6. The 125cc scooter gets a front disc brake and a digital cluster. The new setup aims to create an enhanced riding experience.
The Aprilia Storm 125 gets a 200mm front disc with a twin-pot calliper for improved braking performance. The anchoring tasks at the rear wheel are performed by a 150mm drum brake while the safety net includes CBS tech. Other features include a six-litre fuel tank, 12-inch black alloy wheels with wide cross pattern tyres and bold graphics.
Interested buyers can book the new Aprilia Storm scooter on the Aprilia’s e-commerce platform. Buyers can avail online benefits worth Rs 2,000 by booking their new Vespa or Aprilia online for Rs 1,000. The bookings are also open at Aprilia dealerships. The scooter is available in two colour options – Red and Yellow.
Mechanical specifications include a 124.45cc, air-cooled, SOHC, three-valve engine that produces 9.7bhp at 7,500rpm and 9.60Nm at 5,500rpm.
