2020 Harley-Davidson 1200 Custom priced at Rs 10,77,000

Harley-Davidson has listed the 2020 iteration of the 1200 Custom on its India website, and the motorcycle has been priced Rs 10,77,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). The prices may vary depending on the colour option, although the company is yet to reveal the full list.

The Sportster family motorcycle is available on four colours – Midnight Blue, River Rock Grey, River Rock Grey/Vivid Black and Billiard Red/Vivid Black. The styling cues are further enhanced by black rockers, black chrome oval air cover and black chrome timer cover on the engine.

Mechanical specifications on the motorcycle include a 1,202cc, V-twin, air-cooled, Evolution engine that produces a maximum torque of 97Nm at 4,250rpm. The hardware on the motorcycle comprises of telescopic front forks, twin-sided rear suspension and single disc brakes on both wheels. The motorcycle rides on wire-spoke wheels while cast-alloys are available as an option. The wheels are wrapped in 130/90-16 front and 150/80-16 rear tyres.

The compact, semi-digital instrument cluster on the motorcycle packs a plethora of information such as speedometer, odometer, dual trip meters, low fuel warning light, low oil pressure light, engine diagnostics readout, LED indicator lights and a clock.

In other updates, Harley-Davidson is working on two new motorcycles – a café racer and a flat tracker. The two motorcycles were revealed through leaked patent images.
