- Honda launches 2021 NX125 scooter in China
- Sports design similar to the Grazia
Honda has recently launched the 2020 edition of its 125cc scooter, the NX125, in China. It sports an extremely sharp and radical styling along with modern features and an engine similar to that of the Honda Grazia.
The body panels of the 2020 NX125 boast of angular design and contours all across. The front fascia features a sleek-looking dual-pod LED headlamp setup with conventional turn indicators. There’s a dual tone handlebar cowl, interior panels and tail section. Notably, the overall design of the NX125 resembles the Grazia 125 sold here in India.
On the feature front, the NX125 is decently equipped with a fully-digital instrument cluster, a roomy underseat storage provision, two small storage compartments up front and a USB charger. Moreover, it has a 6 litre fuel tank. Powering the scooter is a 125cc, fuel-injected engine which churns out 8.7bhp at 7,500rpm and 9.7Nm at 6,000rpm. It rides on 12-10-inch wheel combination with telescopic forks and a monoshock. Furthermore, it is reasonably light, weighing at 106kg.
Honda has launched the NX125 at 9,580 Yuan (approximately Rs 1.07 lakh) in China. While it is unlikely to be launched in India, the company already has two 125cc scooters in the country including the Grazia and Activa 125.
