-2020 Ninja ZX-6R gets new colours
-No mechanical changes
-Likely to be introduced in India soon
Kawasaki has unveiled the 2020 version of its middleweight supersport motorcycle, the Ninja ZX-6R for international markets.
For 2020, the Ninja ZX-6R is available in new colour options. There is the ‘Candy Steel Furnace Orange’ and ‘Metallic Spark Black’ colour with ‘Metallic Flat Spark Black’ as the secondary paint scheme. Along with these two colours, Kawasaki has also updated the KRT (Kawasaki Racing Team) colour by adding yellow graphics and red highlights to the fairing.
Apart from the introduction of the new colour schemes, the 2020 Ninja ZX-6R remains the same. It gets sharp styling and an aggressive riding position to match. And underneath its full-fairing is a 636cc, inline-four cylinder engine that produces 126bhp of power and 70.8Nm of torque. The ZX-6R’s electronics package comes equipped with Kawasaki Anti-lock Brake System, Kawasaki Traction Control and Kawasaki Quick Shifter.
While the 2020 Ninja ZX-6R is already available in a few international markets, we can expect Kawasaki India to introduce the new colour schemes in the country sometime soon. The new colour schemes are unlikely to demand a premium over the current model which costs Rs 10.49 lakhs (ex-showroom)
