2020 Triumph Tiger 900 reaches dealership

- Tiger 900 GT and Tiger 900 Rally range has started to arrive at dealerships

The 2020 Triumph Tiger 900 range, which currently comprises of three variants in the Indian market, has started to reach the dealerships. The test rides for the vehicles will commence very soon.

The Triumph Tiger 900 is available in three variants – Tiger 900 GT, Tiger 900 Rally and the range-topping Tiger 900 Rally Pro – in India. The entry-level model, the Tiger 900 GT is available for Rs 13,70,000 while the Tiger 900 Rally and Tiger 900 Rally Pro are priced at Rs 14,35,000 and 15,50,000 respectively.

The Tiger 900 GT replaces the Tiger 800 XR range while the Tiger 900 Rally range replaces the Tiger 800 XC series. The road-biased model comes with alloy wheels and relatively shorter suspension travel than the Rally range. The new Rally series, on the other hand, comes equipped with tubeless tyre-compatible spoke wheels and a longer suspension travel.

All three versions of the 2020 Triumph Tiger 900 range use an 888cc, inline three-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 12-valve, DOHC engine. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the motor is tuned to produce 93.9bhp at 8,750rpm and 87Nm at 7,250rpm.
