The new TVS Apache RR 310 is now available in India priced at Rs 2.40 lakhs (ex-showroom). While you can read about the options you have in the price bracket in our other article, here we bring to you details of the Apache RR 310 through this image gallery.
As compared to the previous model, the 2020 Apache RR 310 costs a premium of Rs 16,000. However, for the extra monies, TVS has equipped the motorcycle with new features that add value to the package.
It sports a five-inch TFT display that comes with TVS SmatXonnect which connects to the user’s smartphone and provides info like call and message notification as well as turn-by-turn navigation. The touchscreen display can also be navigated using the new switchgear.
Moreover, the new Apache RR 310 offers four riding modes-Sport, Track, Urban and Rain which modulate power and throttle response. In the first two modes, the motorcycle produces 33.5bhp and 27.3Nm. And in the other two modes the output is limited to 24.5bhp and 25Nm.
We also recently rode the new Apache RR 310 and found that it has much lesser vibrations as compared to the previous models.
With most of the changes to the Apache RR 310 being electronic and mechanical, TVS has adorned the new motorcycle with a new paint scheme to set it apart visually. It gets a dual-tone gloss black and matte grey colour with red highlights that add to its sporty character.
Furthermore, TVS has also updated the tyres on the motorcycle, offering it with top-spec Michelin Road 5 tyres that are supposed to grip better than the previous offering. Apart from these changes, the Apache RR 310 remain the same in terms of suspension and braking.
