Piaggio has launched the 2020 Vespa 150 range in India which consists of the VXL 150 and SXL 150.
The facelifted 2020 Vespa VXL 150 is priced at Rs 1.22 lakh while the Vespa SXL 150 costs Rs 1.27 lakh (both prices ex-showroom, Pune). As part of the update, both scooters get a full-LED headlamp with LED DRLs. Piaggio has also added features like a mobile charging port and boot light as standard on both models.
Powering the Vespa 150 range is a 149cc motor that churns out 10.2bhp of power at 7,600rpm and 10.6Nm of torque at 5,500rpm. The braking hardware consists of a 200mm disc at the front and a 140mm drum at the back with a single-channel ABS as standard. Meanwhile, suspension duties are done by a single side-arm front suspension along with a hydraulic rear shock.
While pre-bookings have already commenced with benefits of Rs 2,000 if booked online, we can expect the deliveries of the Vespa SXL 150 and VXL 150 to take place across India soon.
