The Ducati Panigale V4 is a very sharp and aggressive looking sportbike. It comes with a windscreen upfront to reduce wind buffeting, a Ducati graphic on its 16-litre fuel tank, Panigale V4 graphic on its fairing, underbelly exhaust and a single-piece seat.
It further comes with an aerodynamic package which consists of winglets, stakes and air vents on the sides of the fairing that creates an increased downforce of over 30kg at a speed of 270kmph that lends it better stability at high speed and less tendency to wheelie.
The litre-class motorcycle gets features like all LED lights with Daytime Running Light, five-inch colour TFT instrument cluster, auto-off indicators, Ducati power launch, Ducati quick shift, anti-theft system, Ducati data analyser with GPS module, Ducati multimedia system and heated grips.
It also comes loaded with safety features like Cornering ABS EVO, Ducati traction control, Ducati wheelie control, Ducati slide control, Engine brake control and auto-tyre calibration.
Powering this superbike is a 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale 90° V4 liquid-cooled engine that sits in an aluminium alloy frame and churns out 211.21bhp at 13,000rpm and 124Nm at 9,500rpm. All this power and torque is taken to its wheels via a six-speed transmission.
Both variants of the Panigale V4 are offered with a different suspension setup. The Standard variant comes equipped with a Showa BPF fork at the front and a Sachs shock absorber at the rear. Meanwhile, the S variant gets Öhlins NIX30 fork at the front and Öhlins TTX36 shock absorber at the rear.
For braking, it employs a 330mm dual disc with radially mounted Brembo Monobloc Stylema (M4.30) four-piston callipers at the front and 245mm disc with two-piston callipers at the rear assisted by Bosch Cornering ABS EVO.
The 2021 Ducati Panigale V4 runs on 17-inch wheels wrapped with Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tyres on both ends.
