Ducati India has updated its product portfolio with the launch of the 2021 Streetfighter V4. The flagship naked roadster from the Italian two-wheeler manufacturer is available in two variants with prices starting from Rs 19.99 lakh for the standard model. The more premium Streetfighter V4 S variant has been priced at Rs 22.99 lakh.
Both variants of the Italian naked roadster use the same Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine that also powers the Panigale V4. The 1,103cc, V-four cylinder, liquid-cooled motor is tuned to produce 205bhp of maximum power at 12,750rpm and 123Nm of peak torque at 9,500rpm. The six-speed gearbox benefits from features such as a slipper and an assist clutch and a quick-shifter.
While the mechanical specifications are similar, the two models are distinguished by their respective hardware. The standard version of the motorcycle uses Showa BPF front forks, a Sachs mono-shock at the back, and a Sachs steering damper. The more premium S variant benefits from electronically-adjustable Ohlins NIX30 front forks, Ohlins TTX36 rear mono-shock, and an Ohlins steering damper. The braking setup on both models includes twin 330mm discs at the front and a single 245mm rotor at the back.
The feature list on the naked roadster includes an LED headlight, fully-digital instrument cluster, aerodynamic winglets, and upright ergonomics. The motorcycle is available in two colour options – Dark Stealth and Ducati Red. The Dark Stealth colour option is available at Rs 23.19 lakh.
