Kawasaki has updated its Indonesian motorcycle portfolio with the launch of the 2021 Ninja 250. The motorcycle has been launched in two colour options – Passion Red and Metallic Carbon Grey – and it has been priced at 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 250 launched in Indonesia at Rp 64,200,000 (Rs 3.32 lakh). The aforementioned price is on-road, Jakarta.
The feature list on the 2021 model continues to include a twin-pod LED headlight, a semi-digital instrument cluster, muscular design, fairing integrated front blinkers, and a split-style saddle. The suspension setup on the motorcycle comprises of 41mm telescopic front forks and a preload-adjustable rear mono-shock. The braking setup includes a 310mm petal-type disc at the front and a 220mm petal-type rotor at the back. The safety net is provided by ABS.
Mechanical specifications include a 249cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine. Linked to a six-speed transmission, the motor makes 38.2bhp at 12,500rpm and 23.5Nm of peak torque at 10,000rpm. The gearbox benefits from a slipper and assist clutch mechanism.
