Kawasaki has updated its Indonesian portfolio with the 2021 Z1000 naked roadster. The motorcycle has been priced at RP 349,000,000 (INR 17.87 lakh) in the country. Here we bring you a detailed image gallery of the 2021 Kawasaki Z1000.
The 2021 Z1000 is available in a single colour option in the Indonesian market. The black base paint, which features a matte finish, is complemented by red highlights on the tank shrouds, rear panel and the wheels.
The styling isn’t very different from its predecessor, and the 2021 Z1000 continues to carry an aggressive, predator-inspired design.
The feature list on the motorcycle continues to include a twin-pod headlight, muscular fuel tank, split-style seats and twin-sided exhaust setup.
The 2021 model also retains the 1,043cc, inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 16-valve, DOHC motor that produces 140bhp at 10,000rpm and 111Nm of torque at 7,300rpm. The engine is linked to a six-speed transmission.
The hardware on the motorcycle comprises of 41mm inverted forks at the front and a mono-shock at the back to perform the suspension duties. The front forks are adjustable for compression, rebound damping and spring preload. The rear mono-shock can be adjusted for rebound damping and preload.
Braking setup includes dual discs at the front and a single rotor at the back along with the safety net of dual-channel ABS.
