Kawasaki has announced the launch of the 2021 Z 650 in the Indian market. The changes are limited to the paint theme. The middleweight roadster continues to use Metallic Spark Black but it now boasts the fluorescent green colour on the rims. The 2021 model has been priced at Rs 6,04,000 (ex-showroom).
The 2021 Kawasaki Z 650 continue to feature the Z “sugomi” styling that brings a muscular design to the motorcycle. The roadster also retains the full LED headlight, LED taillight, split-style seat, underbelly exhaust, and a Bluetooth-enabled 4.3-inch colour TFT display that works with RIDEOLOGY THE APP. The hardware includes telescopic forks at the front, mono-shock at the back, petal-type disc brakes on both wheels, and dual-channel ABS. The alloy wheels are wrapped in Dunlop Sportsmax Roadsport 2 tyres.
Mechanical specifications retain the BS6/Euro5-compliant, 649cc, inline two-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. Linked to a six-speed transmission, the motor produces 67.3bhp at 8,000rpm and 64Nm at 6,700rpm.
