A host of upcoming Royal Enfield motorcycles have been spotted lately, indicating the brand's intention to go aggressive with the expansion of its portfolio. Two of the highly awaited products amongst these are the 2021 Classic 350 and the Hunter 350 both of which were recently spied once again in a new video.
The video shows the 2021 Classic 350 and the Hunter 350 with their body panels covered for the most part. However, the video host does a close inspection of various aspects of the bikes, revealing details most of which are already known to us. Starting with the Hunter, it gets a typical retro-styled round headlamp with a chrome bezel. There are rectangular turn indicators, a dual-pod console with one of them being the Tripper navigation module, a straight handlebar, a single-piece seat, a stubby and short exhaust canister and alloy wheels. Most of the components are finished in black that lends it a modern roadster appeal.
As for the Classic 350, it retains the silhouette of the existing model with minor changes on certain parts. It will also get revised seat cushioning, updated switchgear with rotary style switches and a semi-digital instrument cluster with a small LCD and a Tripper navigation system. The most significant update will come in the form of the new ‘J’ platform on which the new Meteor 350 is based. It comprises of a new 349cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine that is held on by a double-cradle frame.
While the 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is likely to be launched soon, the Hunter 350 might debut by late-2021 or early-2022. The Classic 350 will demand a premium over the existing model that starts at Rs 1.67 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
