Royal Enfield recently launched the 2021 Himalayan with a starting price of Rs 2.03 lakh, giving it a few worthy updates one of which, is the addition of new colours.
To start with, the new Royal Enfield Himalayan gets a Pine Green paint scheme that incorporates a green and grey camouflage pattern all around the bodywork. Then there is the Granite Black option that is essentially a full matte black paint with a gloss black ‘01’ lettering on the fuel tank. Lastly, you can also get your Himalayan in Mirage Silver that comes with a black stripe running vertically on the tank.
Apart from these colours, the Royal Enfield Himalayan is also available in five other paint options that were introduced with the BS6 update. Now, in terms of other features, the new Himalayan boasts of the Tripper navigation system first seen on the Meteor 350. It also gets slight changes to its bodywork like a taller and tinted windscreen, redesigned frame guard, a metal luggage rack as well as new seats. Nevertheless, there are no mechanical changes to the Himalayan's 411cc powertrain. Even the suspension and braking hardware remains the same as before.
