- Updated Benelli TRK502X teased
- To get a new colour option and decals
- Could also get additional features
Benelli has teased what looks like the 2022 model of its middle-weight adventure touring motorcycle, the TRK 502X. This version of the bike is likely to get cosmetic and feature updates while retaining the hardware package of the existing model.
Going by the teaser caption on Benelli’s official social media handle, the upcoming TRK 502X will feature a new paint scheme. At present, it is available in three colour options including Metallic Dark Grey, Benelli Red, and Pure White. The upcoming model will also get a slightly different set of decals. Although Benelli hasn’t revealed anything more about the updates, the motorcycle could get an updated switchgear and instrument cluster.
In all probabilities, the engine and cycle parts of the bike will remain unchanged. It is powered by a 500cc, liquid-cooled, parallel twin-cylinder that churns out 46.85bhp of power and 46Nm of peak torque. In line with its off-road intentions, the motorcycle rides on a 19-17-inch spoke wheel combination. It also gets a high-mounted exhaust canister, against the road-biased TRK’s underbelly can. Moreover, the ground clearance is 30mm more at 220mm.
The existing version of the Benelli TRK 502X is priced at Rs 5.39 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) which will definitely increase to an extent with the launch of the updated model.
