- BMW F 900 R gets updated for 2022
- Receives new colour scheme
- Could be launched in India by end of 2021
BMW Motorrad has unveiled the 2022 F 900 R for global markets. The street naked motorcycle will make it to other markets in the coming months and we can expect it to arrive in India by end of 2021.
As part of the model year update, BMW has adorned the F 900 R with two new colour schemes. First up is the Blue Stone Metallic paint scheme that incorporates a bluish-grey colour on the tank, mid-section and front fender while the rest of the motorcycle remains black. And if you want a slightly more louder colour option, BMW Motorrad has the Light White with Racing Blue colour that also features an engine belly pan as standard. Adding a hint of sportiness to the colour scheme is the red ‘R’ on the either side of the tank.
While BMW has added these two paint schemes to the F 900 R’s pallete it has also discontinued two colours- San Marino Blue and Hockenheim Silver available previously. Nevertheless, the 2022 F 900 R is kitted with the same set of electronic rider aids and the 895cc, parallel-twin engine as before. Even the suspension and braking setup has remains untouched.
