- BMW G 310 R available in Cosmic Black Two and Kyanite Blue Metallic colours
- No changes to the design or specifications
- India launch details unavailable yet
BMW Motorrad has announced two new colours for its entry-level naked roadster model, the G 310 R. The motorcycle is now available in Cosmic Black Two and Kyanite Blue Metallic colours. The Cosmic Black Two colour features a stealthy look with a black finish for the bodywork, chassis, and wheels. The Kyanite Blue Metallic paint option, on the other hand, gets red colour for the wheels and the chassis. The red and blue graphics on the Kyanite Blue Metallic colour are visible on the headlight cowl, tank, and the rear panel. Meanwhile, the company has dropped the Polar White paint option from the list.
The changes are limited to the addition of new colour options. The mechanical specifications and the feature list, on the other hand, remain unaltered. Thus, the G 310 R continues to use full-LED lighting, a digital instrument cluster, five-spoke alloy wheels, a step-up saddle, and a side-slung exhaust. The motorcycle also retains its muscular design that is inspired by its bigger siblings.
Mechanical specifications continue to feature a 313cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 33.5bhp of maximum power at 9,250rpm and 28Nm of peak torque at 7,500rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox.
The company is yet to make an announcement about the availability of these new paint options in the Indian market. While an official confirmation is yet to come, we could see these new colour choices in our market around the festive season.
