Harley-Davidson has revealed the 2022 iteration of the Forty-Eight. The 2022 model gets an updated colour palette that comprises three options – Vivid Black, Reef Blue, and the new White Sand Pearl. In comparison, the previous model was available in Vivid Black, Billiard Teal, and Midnight Crimson. The changes are limited to the colour options. The feature list and the specifications, on the other hand, remain similar to the previous model.
Thus, the 2022 Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight retains the 1,202cc, V-twin, air-cooled engine that makes 65.7bhp of power at 6,000rpm and 96Nm of peak torque at 3,500rpm. The motor is linked to a five-speed gearbox.
The styling cues include a round headlight at the front, a 7.9-litre fuel tank, chopped fenders, twin exhaust canisters, and chunky tyres. The hardware comprises 49mm telescopic front forks, gas-charged twin rear springs, and single disc brakes on both wheels. The motorcycle boasts 710mm seat height, 110mm ground clearance, and 252kg kerb weight.
