Hero MotoCorp has updated the Xtreme 160R for 2022. It’s priced at Rs 1,17,148 (ex-showroom Delhi) onwards and now features a gear position indicator and a new grab rail for the pillion’s convenience. Apart from that everything else has been retained from the 2021 model.
The 2022 Hero Xtreme 160R is offered in five different paint schemes: Xtreme Stealth Edition, Pearl Silver White, Vibrant Blue, Sports Red and the 100 Million Edition. The bike’s wheels, seat and rear side panels remain black while the fuel tank and the panels below the seat change as per the colour options. Here’s the pricing.

Styling-wise, the updated Xtreme 160R looks the same as before. It features a sporty fascia with compact yet muscular bodywork. Overall, the Xtreme’s design is quite youthful to say the least.
The 2022 Hero Xtreme 160R is powered by a 163cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine dishing out 15bhp at 8,500rpm and 14Nm at 6,500rpm. It rides on conventional telescopic front forks and gets monoshock. Hero offers the Xtreme 160R with a single-disc and dual-disc brake option.
