Hero MotoCorp has updated the Xtreme 160R with new features for 2022. For starters, the latest iteration of the Xtreme 160R gets a new gear-position indicator on the dashboard. The motorcycle also gets a revised design for the saddle and a new grabrail for added convenience. Everything else remains unchanged and the 2022 Xtreme 160R continues to pack a single-pod headlight, a muscular design, side-slung exhaust, and alloy wheels.
Hero MotoCorp has listed the motorcycle in three variants – single disc, dual disc, and Stealth edition. All variants pack an identical design, mechanical specifications, and hardware. Thus, the range uses a 163cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that makes 15bhp at 8,500rpm and 14Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm.
The single disc version uses a drum brake setup at the rear. The dual disc and Stealth editions, on the other hand, are equipped with disc brakes on both wheels. The safety net across the range includes a single-channel ABS. The suspension tasks are handled by telescopic front forks and a preload-adjustable rear mono-shock. Check out the prices below:
