2022 Indian Chief lineup to be priced from Rs 20,75,922 onwards

- Bookings open at Rs 3,00,000

- Launch scheduled in the second quarter of 2021

- Upcoming 2022 range will include three models

Indian Motorcycle has announced the new 2022 Chief lineup will be priced at Rs 20,75,922 onwards. The 2022 range will comprise the Chief Dark Horse, Chief Bobber Dark Horse, and Super Chief Limited.

The lineup will include new model iterations that will benefit from technology upgrades and genuine Indian Motorcycle accessories. The pre-bookings for the 2022 model year products are open for Rs 3,00,000 at Indian Motorcycle dealerships across the country. The motorcycles will be launched in the Indian market in the second quarter (April-June) of 2021.

The 2022 Chief lineup will come equipped with a short wheelbase, a low seat height, and a wet weight as low as 304kg (670 pounds). The models will also feature conventional 46mm front forks, 28.5degree lean angle, and comfortable ergonomics.

Commenting on the price announcement, Lalit Sharma, Country Manager, Polaris India said that the company is launching this model to pay tribute to the Indian Chief on completing 100 years in the market.
