- Gets new Ceramic White colour option
- Also available in Electronic Orange
- Price at Rs 1,78,041
KTM India recently announced new colours for its Duke series in our market. This update includes new paint options for the company’s entry-level model, the 125 Duke. Post the colour palette revision, the 125 Duke is available in two paint options – Electronic Orange and the new Ceramic White. This new paint theme, similar to the existing Electronic Orange colour, features a dual-tone finish.
The Ceramic White option uses black paint for the tubular frame and a white finish to the sub-frame along with an orange finish to the alloy wheels. Further, the 125 Duke logo, too, is different for the Ceramic White paint option. In contrast, the Electronic Orange theme gets orange colour for the chassis and black paint for the sub-frame and alloy wheels.
The changes are limited to styling revisions in the form of the new paint theme. The design, features, and mechanical specifications remain unaltered and the 2022 KTM 125 Duke continues to pack a halogen headlight with LED DRLs, an LED taillight, LED turn indicators, and orange backlit LCD console.
The mechanical specifications retain the 124.7cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that produces 14.3bhp at 9,250rpm and 12Nm of peak torque at 8,000rpm. The engine is linked to a six-speed gearbox. In India, the KTM 125 Duke rivals the likes of Yamaha MT-15 and Suzuki Gixxer 155, and it is priced at Rs 1,78,041 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
