KTM India has announced the launch of the 2022 250 Adventure in the Indian market. The latest iteration of the motorcycle gets styling revisions in the form of new paint options. Here we list the top five highlights of the 2022 KTM 250 Adventure.
Styling Changes
The motorcycle retains the design of the discontinued model, and continues to feature a single-pod headlight with twin DRLs at the front, a windscreen, a dual-tone finish to the fuel tank, split-style seats, and a side-slung exhaust. However, the 2022 iteration of the quarter-litre adventure tourer gets new paint options. The 2022 KTM 250 Adventure is now available in Electric Orange and Factory Racing Blue. The Electric Orange paint scheme features an orange colour on the top half of the fuel tank along with white graphics. The Factory Racing Blue colour, on the other hand, gets blue and white paint with orange logos.
Features
The changes to the 2022 model are limited to styling upgrades in the form of new colours. The feature list and the specifications, on the other hand, remain similar to the old version. Thus, the 2022 250 Adventure continues to feature a halogen headlight, LED DRLs, LED turn indicators, and an LED taillight. The instrument cluster uses an LCD screen to show all the ride-related data while the safety net comprises a switchable dual-channel ABS.
Engine
The mechanical specifications retain the BS6-compliant, 248cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the motor is tuned to deliver 29.5bhp of maximum power and 24Nm of peak torque.
Hardware
The suspension tasks on the 2022 KTM 250 Adventure are handled by WP-sourced upside-down front forks and a preload-adjustable rear mono-shock. The braking duties are performed by single discs on both ends along with ByBre-sourced callipers.
Price
The 2022 KTM 250 Adventure is priced at Rs 2.35 lakh. In comparison, the old model, which originally retailed for Rs 2.55 lakh, was later sold at Rs 2.30 lakh (all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).
