- Available in three colours
- Priced at Rs 3,16,070
- Rivals BMW G 310 RR and TVS Apache RR 310
KTM India has announced the launch of the RC390 GP edition in our market at an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 3,16,070. This new variant packs styling upgrades in the form of KTM RC 16 MotoGP motorcycle-inspired livery. Everything else, including the ex-showroom price tag, remains identical to the standard version of the motorcycle.
With the addition of the GP edition, the KTM RC390 is now available in three colours – KTM Factory Racing Blue, KTM Electronic Orange, and GP edition. The new GP edition uses Electronic Orange as the base paint. However, this new version comes with an orange finish to the rear panel and special decals on the fairing and the front fender.
The design, features, and mechanical specifications remain identical on all versions. Thus, the RC390 range continues to use full-LED lighting, Bluetooth-enabled colour TFT display, traction control system, cornering ABS, and a quickshifter. The motorcycle is powered by a BS6-compliant 373cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 42.9bhp at 9,000rpm and a peak torque output of 37Nm at 7,000rpm.
The KTM RC390 rivals the likes of BMW G 310 RR and TVS Apache RR 310 in the Indian market. The bookings for the new GP edition have commenced across the country and the deliveries should start very soon.
