2022 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS now available in India!

Triumph Motorcycles India has introduced the 2022 Speed Triple 1200 RS in the country just under a month after the bike was unveiled to international markets. The motorcycle continues to be priced at Rs 17.95 lakh, ex-showroom. 

And as part of the update, the Speed Triple 1200 RS receives a new colour option. This new paint is called Baja Orange that also features on the Trident 660. It is complemented by Silver Ice and Graphite ‘RS’ graphics on the fuel tank. While the orange adorns most of the bodywork, the front fender gets a carbon fibre finish. 

Apart from the 2022 colour, Triumph continues to offer the Speed Triple 1200 RS in Matte Silver Ice and Sapphire Black. Although, besides the cosmetic changes the 2022 Speed Triple 1200 RS remains the same as before. The streetfighter features an aggressive styling and a 1160cc, inline-three cylinder engine that is good for 177bhp and 125Nm. In the hardware department, the Speed Triple RS is loaded with Brembo Stylema callipers and Ohlins suspension. It also gets a five-inch TFT instrument cluster, cornering ABS, switchable traction control system, five riding modes, wheelie control, a cruise control system, a quick shifter as well as a slipper clutch.
