- Both scooters now get a new paint scheme
- Engine, features and hardware bits retained
- Cost more than the standard models
Along with the R15M and the MT-15 V2, Yamaha India has also launched the Aerox 155 and the RayZR 125 Monster Energy MotoGP Edition in India. Similar to the bikes, the two scooters will also be sold at the Yamaha Bluesquare dealerships only.
Powering the Aerox 155 is a 155cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that belts out 14.79bhp and 13.9Nm. On the other hand, the Ray ZR125 MotoGP edition houses a 125cc air-cooled mill developing 8.04bhp and 10.3Nm.
The changes are limited to the cosmetics for both the Yamaha scooters. The two are now draped in black colour with Monster Energy decals on the side panels and the front end. That said, the feature bits remain unchanged for the Yamaha Aerox 155 and the Ray ZR125 Hybrid.
The asking price for the Aerox 155 MotoGP Edition will be announced very soon. Meanwhile, the Ray ZR 125 MotoGP Edition costs Rs 87,330 (ex-showroom Delhi). Head here to check out the R15M and the MT-15 V2 MotoGP Edition models.
