India Yamaha Motor has announced the launch of the 2022 FZS-Fi with prices starting from Rs 1,15,900 onwards. The 2022 FZS-Fi range will be available in two variants – Standard and Dlx. The base model is priced at Rs 1,15,900 while the Dlx variant is available at Rs 1,18,900. The updated models would arrive at all authorized Yamaha dealerships from the second week of January 2022.
Both variants use the BS6-compliant, 149cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 12.2bhp of peak power at 7,250rpm and 13.3Nm of maximum torque at 5,500rpm. The hardware comprises telescopic front forks, a rear mono-shock, and single discs on both wheels.
The standard feature list on both variants includes an LED taillight, Bluetooth connectivity, a single-channel ABS, a rear disc brake, multi-function LCD instrument cluster, an LED headlight, a tyre hugging rear mudguard, and a lower engine guard. The Dlx variant further benefits from LED flashers.
The colour choices for the FZS-Fi Dlx include three options – Metallic Black, Metallic Deep Red, and Solid Gray. The Dlx variant also gets different graphics, coloured alloy wheels, and a dual-tone seat. Do note that the dual-tone seat is only available in Metallic Black and Metallic Deep Red colours. The standard model is available in two colours – Matte Red and Matte Blue.
