- Yamaha Tenere 700 updated for 2022
- Gets new colours
- Unlikely to come to India anytime soon
Yamaha has taken the wraps off the 2022 Tenere 700 for global markets. And for the model year update, the Japanese manufacturer has adorned it with new colour schemes.
In true bLu cRu fashion, the Tenere 700 now gets Team Yamaha Blue colour with bold new graphics as well as blue rims. There also is the Raven black paint with grey graphics and black rims. Moreover, along with the base variant, Yamaha has also unveiled the Tenere 700 Rally Edition which now comes with white paint and red graphics instead of the blue/black speed block livery. The adventure-focused Rally variant continues to get the Rally seat, Akrapovic exhaust, chain guard, kneee grip pads, radiator protector and a large sump guard as standard.
Besides this, the Yamaha Tenere 700 remains the same. It gets the CP2 engine and rides on wire-spoke wheels; 21-inch at the front and 18-inch at the rear that are shod with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres. While the motorcycles will make their way to international markets soon, the Tenere 700 is unlikely to make its way to India, at least in the near future.
